Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively and efficiently.
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
• A commitment to health and safety, and a willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects.
• Monitoring project progress, ensuring that work is on schedule and within budget.
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed of project progress and any issues that arise.
• Reviewing and interpreting project plans and specifications to ensure project requirements are met.
• Assisting in the preparation of project reports and documentation.
• Managing project risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Assisting in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices.
