Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in commercial construction project management or related field.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Build, Primavera P6, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination of commercial construction projects.
• Monitor milestones, field progress, and critical-path activities.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities, vendor communication, and deliveries.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and site constraints.
• Serve as central communication link between office and field.
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Support preconstruction planning and startup activities.
• Assist with project closeout and turnover.
