Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in commercial construction, project management, or related field.
• Experience with preconstruction, procurement, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project controls.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; effective with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and project reporting tools.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Build, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day coordination of commercial construction projects with PMs and superintendents.
• Monitor milestones, field progress, and critical-path activities to keep on schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, site access, and logistics.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, scope gaps, and site constraints and resolve with stakeholders.
• Maintain project communications and distribute updates, decisions, and action items.
• Maintain accurate project records: contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, minutes.
• Support cost tracking, budgeting, and closeout activities with the PM.
