Job summary

Dugan & Meyers LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in all phases of project execution. The role emphasizes strong communication with clients and design teams, schedule maintenance, and rigorous adherence to safety and quality controls.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in engineering or construction management and have at least 3 years of construction experience, with a track record of effective team leadership and documentation management.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or construction management with at least 3 years of construction experience.
• Superior communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains effective communications with the client, architect, engineers and contractors.
• Assists with cost control and reporting procedures with Project Manager and departments.
• Supports safety program adherence and timely safety issue resolution.
• Helps develop and maintain project schedules, baselines and milestones.
• Maintains project controls and documentation (reports, RFIs, field orders, minutes, correspondence).
• Assists with subcontractor pre-qualification and purchasing efforts.
