Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in the Chicago area to help manage construction projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate with senior project managers and field staff to ensure quality, safety, and budget alignment.

The ideal candidate has a 1–3 year track record in construction, familiarity with Procore or similar PM software, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in construction, ideally as a project assistant or coordinator.
• Familiar with project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and coordination of construction projects from start to finish.
• Support senior project managers and field staff to meet quality, safety, and budget goals.
• Apply knowledge of construction processes and documentation to daily tasks.
