Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a civil/site team in the greater Boston area. You will support the design and delivery of land development projects across private and public sectors, contributing to site design, grading, stormwater management, utilities and permitting packages.

You’ll participate through the full project lifecycle from planning to construction, coordinating with clients, contractors and agencies, and collaborating with environmental and geotechnical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's a plus).
• 5+ years of civil/site or land development experience.
• EIT required; PE preferred or in progress.
• Experience with Civil 3D and hydrology modelling tools (e.g. HydroCAD).
• Interest in mentoring junior staff and growing into a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of land development projects across private and public sectors.
• Contribute to site design, grading, stormwater management, utilities and permitting packages.
• Involved throughout the full project lifecycle from planning and design through approvals, bidding and construction.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and local agencies.
• Work with senior engineers and project leadership to manage delivery and build client relationships.
• Collaborate with environmental and geotechnical teams across internal disciplines.
