Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or architecture is required (extensive experience may be considered).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Providing construction management services on projects.
• Coordinate, direct, and monitor activities of contractors, engineers, architects, and related entities.
• Ensure project is on budget and schedule; verify design meets contract requirements.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain documentation and tracking.
• Oversee safety, logistics, and turnover closeout to owner.
