Qualificações

• Commitment to resident-centered permanently affordable housing.
• Strong verbal communication skills and clear writing.
• Willingness to travel up to 120 miles from work site.
• Willingness to work evenings and occasional weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Update project budgets, pro formas, cash flows and schedules.
• Assist in funding applications and policy initiatives.
• Coordinate due diligence processes for development.
• Prepare loan draw requests and documentation for funders.
• Attend project meetings and take minutes.
• Coordinate planning and permit approvals and community events.
• Monitor reporting requirements and progress reports.
• Support coordination with Asset Management and Resident Services departments.
