Catamount Constructors, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Advanced Tech) to assist in overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of building projects.

You will work with architects, engineers, and owners to support plan development and ensure projects stay on budget and within scope. The role emphasizes proactive communication, documentation, and coordination across trades, with opportunities to grow within a 100% employee-owned organization that values stability and career

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Sciences or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore required.
• 2+ years of experience with a General Contractor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of the contract from project onset.
• Accurately document updates and manage logs and changes.
• Build and maintain relationships with the project owner and act on their behalf.
• Submit owner pay applications correctly and timely.
• Coordinate open communication with subcontractors and approve change orders.
