Job summary

Catamount Constructors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the financial success of building projects, coordinating with Architects, Engineers, and Owners to meet budget and scope goals.

You will manage contract documents, logging updates, procurement plans, and owner-facing communications, while supporting the Superintendent to maintain schedules and progress. A strong background in construction management is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with a General Contractor preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Construction Sciences or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong understanding of the contract from project onset.
• Document project updates and logs throughout construction.
• Lead purchasing plans and timely buyouts with solid decisions for the project.
• Support the Superintendent to maintain project schedules and adjust as needed.
• Foster relationships with project owner and coordinate meetings and minutes.
• Submit owner pay applications accurately and on time.
• Manage subcontractor communications, invoices, and change orders.
• Ensure conformity with contract scope and address underperformance.
