Responsibilities

• Project Cost Oversight, Documentation and Reporting: Prepare monthly project updates for leadership and maintain executive owner contract summaries.
• Scheduling: Develop and maintain master schedules, track progress, address delays, and drive timely project completion with the project team.
• Owner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide clear updates, address requests, and exceed expectations.
• Project Buyout: Collaborate with teams to complete the buyout process, review subcontractor proposals, and negotiate clear scopes.
• Subcontractor Management: Maintain communication, address underperformance, review draw requests, and resolve procurement challenges.
• Project Closeout: Take full accountability for project closeout and provide oversight to ensure completion.
