Job summary

Snap Install, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to join our project management team. The role focuses on front-line communication, coordinating multi-site rollouts, and ensuring a smooth execution of installation projects across diverse industries.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, organized, and able to adapt their communication style. Overnight shifts are required, and a minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Overnights shift is required.
• Minimum 1 year of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee jobs and act as escalation point; understand client solutions, products, technologies, and challenges.
• Generate quotes and scopes of work for clients.
• Create and update orders in the service management system with clear notes; schedule technicians.
• Coordinate jobs and logistics; prepare technicians for on-site work.
• Monitor progress and resolve minor blockers; escalate larger issues to management.
• Close jobs with billing and documentation and report back to clients.
