Job summary

NextGen Security, LLC, with offices in Exton, PA, is seeking an entry-level electronic security assistant project manager to support a Project Manager in completing projects.

You will attend project meetings, assist with resource scheduling for installation and subcontractor teams, provide onsite support, coordinate documentation, and help with invoicing and project tasks while representing NextGen to customers. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred but not required).
• Prior internship experience within project management or related field (preferred but not required).
• Customer service experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams & Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Procore (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings and assist with resource scheduling.
• Coordinate installation and subcontractor teams onsite.
• Provide onsite technician support and safety awareness.
• Assist with project documentation, invoicing, and project tasks.
• Represent NextGen Security as the point of contact with customers.

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking an entry-level electronic security assistant project manager to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. This position will work directly with a Project Manager to assist in completing projects.

What you’ll be doing:

This position will have multiple roles ranging from: attending project meetings, assisting with resource scheduling, such as installation and subcontractor team coordination, onsite technician support, ability to safely operate a company vehicle, project quality control, staging of equipment, project documentation assembly and review, assisting with invoicing & project tasks, and most importantly, representing NextGen Security as the valuable point of contact for our valued customers. Local travel may be required for this position.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred but not required).
• Prior internship experience within project management or related field (preferred but not required).
