ASSISTANT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Job Description

At Thrive we believe in building places people are proud to call home. Thrive Companies is a vertically integrated real estate developer focused on large-scale, mixed-use communities. Our developments seamlessly integrate residential, commercial, and lifestyle spaces with exceptional service to create vibrant, inclusive environments where individuals and businesses can thrive.

Position Summary

The Assistant Project Manager supports Thrive’s Project Managers across the full life of a project — from preconstruction through active construction and closeout. Working side by side with the Construction team, the Assistant Project Manager keeps the details that move a project forward organized and current: scopes and contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and project reporting. Many of the responsibilities mirror those of a Project Manager, which makes this a deliberate growth role: it is built for someone ready to learn the business of building and eventually step into a Project Manager position.

  • Manage digital storage of project files, keeping documentation organized, accurate, and current.
