Through new construction, brownfield redevelopment, and revitalization projects, the team transforms underutilized spaces into vibrant communities that support long-term growth, connection, and economic impact throughout Central Ohio.POSITION SUMMARYThe Assistant Construction Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through completion. Working closely with the Construction Manager, subcontractors, and project stakeholders, this role helps ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Thrive's quality standards. The Assistant Construction Manager assists with project documentation, scheduling, site coordination, quality control, and communication across teams, contributing to the successful delivery of projects that create our communities.
