The ideal candidate has a construction-related degree and 1–2 years of experience, plus strong communication and teamwork skills. Occasional travel to project sites is expected.

Your Role as Construction Project Engineer

As the Construction Project Engineer, you'll be an integral member of our construction team, collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of multifamily construction projects. Your role will involve coordinating project activities, managing documentation, interpreting plans, and upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation Management: Assist in punch list management, review invoices, and maintain essential project documentation.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Financial Analysis: Support budget management and conduct financial reviews to ensure project adherence to financial goals.
• Plan Interpretation: Accurately interpret and communicate project plans to subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Minimum Education: Degree in Construction Management or related field is required.
• Minimum Experience: Prior construction Experience of 1-2 years is preferred.
