A leading construction manager in the Southeast is looking for a Mid-Senior level Project Manager to oversee various construction projects in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering and at least 3 years of commercial construction experience. Responsibilities include preparing change orders, training team members, and managing budgets. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative work culture.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Owner Change Orders.
  • Train Office Engineers and Project Engineers.
  • Manage document control.
  • Prepare and present a four week look-ahead schedule.
  • Participate in building the budget.
  • Participate in VDC/BIM coordination process.
  • Draft subcontracts and purchase orders.
  • Review & approve subcontract SOV.
  • Review monthly subcontract invoices.
  • Participate in subcontractor progress meetings.

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field, or equivalent construction experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Basic understanding of building code requirements
  • 3+ years of commercial construction experience desired
What You’ll Do
