The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering and at least 3 years of commercial construction experience. • Draft subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Review & approve subcontract SOV.
• Review monthly subcontract invoices.
• Participate in subcontractor progress meetings.

What You’ll Bring
