Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and technical support to the project team.
• Assists with RFIs, document control and management, submittals, cost tracking, and schedule updates.
• Summarizes important discussions and decisions from meetings with the project team, owners, and subcontractors.
• Reads specifications to ensure compliance and quality.
• Assists the Project Manager with inspections, logs, scheduling, and inspector relations.
• Updates contract drawings to reflect changes and manage trade contractor document updates.
• Assists Superintendents with daily reports and manages progress and photos.
• Model safety awareness and report safety concerns to leadership.
• Supports logistics for safety initiatives in the site safety plan.
