Qualifications

• Minimum 3.0 GPA required; relevant internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and technical support to the project team.
• Assist with RFIs, document control, submittals, cost tracking, and schedule updates.
• Summarize discussions and decisions from project meetings and owner/subcontractor meetings.
• Review specs to ensure compliance and quality.
• Assist in inspections planning and recording; coordinate with inspectors.
• Update drawings for approved changes and reflect updates from trades.
• Support daily reports and manage progress/quality photos.
• Model safety and support site safety plan execution.
