Responsibilities

• Performs Ticket Processing Duties through Digger's Hotline for locating facilities to ensure safe excavation.
• Answers incoming phone calls from utility companies and company Foremen.
• Manages scheduling crews and coordinating with drilling division; communicating crew list to customers.
• Responds to inquiries regarding excavation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicates with supervisors and crew members to coordinate work schedules with upcoming projects.
• Maintains the database for completed work orders and Restorations.
• Other Duties As Assigned.

Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals, blueprints, and maps. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or in a team-oriented environment. Must be able to sit and talk on the phone for long periods of time.
