Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to work with youth in our Westside Residential Program in Rutland, MA. You will help plan and implement programming, assist with staffing, and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate, safe environment.

The role requires a 21+ year old candidate with a valid driver's license and a Diploma with congregate care experience, or a BA with related experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma with two years of congregate care experience or Bachelor’s degree with one year of congregate care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be passionate about working with and helping youth.
• Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of programming for individuals.
• Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed.
• Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills.
