Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or human services.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• NJ LPC or LCSW preferred.
• Ability to train individuals and groups at varying levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of Wellness Associates under the Program Manager.
• Delivers supportive crisis services to guests to promote recovery.
• Ensures guest charts are up to date per policy and DMHS guidelines.
• Documents staff and guest incidents in the Foothold system.
• Evaluates wellness plans and provides staff feedback.
