Job summary

CSPNJ is seeking a part-time Wellness Associate to support guests during their stay, helping them learn crisis coping skills and work toward realizing their full potential.

Under the Program Manager, you will document current medications and treatment, maintain service-plan records, provide residential counseling, and assist guests in accessing community resources. Schedule: Fri–Sun, 7:30am–6:00pm. Hourly rate: $19.23–$22.12. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO and 11 holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a mental health field or related experience.
• Experience documenting treatment information and developing service plans is preferred.
• Ability to engage with guests respectfully and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Follows charting and recording current treatment information for guests.
• Maintains accurate records related to the service plan and support services provided.
• Provides residential (guest) counselling and supports coping strategies.
• Advocates for guests to access community resources and develops social activities.
