Devereux Massachusetts and Rhode Island is seeking an Assistant Program Manager for the South Wing Down Residential Program in Rutland, MA. This role focuses on supervising youth and delivering therapeutic interventions in a structured setting with a 1 staff to 3 students ratio.

The position offers an hourly pay range of $23.47–$27.76 with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and an additional $250 MAP bonus. Work schedule is Wed–Sat, 3pm–11pm, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma with two years congregate care experience or Bachelor’s degree with one year congregate care experience required. Degrees in psychology, social work, sociology, or related field preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of programming for individuals.
• Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed.
• Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills.

Education
