Job summary

Genesee Lake School, a MyPath company, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support 1st and 2nd shifts, including weekends as needed, in Wisconsin. This role helps supervise students and ensures safety and quality of care in our residential programs.

The position requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and 1+ year of relevant experience in programs serving youth with developmental/behavioral disorders. A Wisconsin driver’s license is also required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Demonstrated skills working with children/adolescents with developmental/behavioral disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate supervision of students.
• Maintain the required ratio for coverage.
• Fill open shifts as needed.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
• Train new staff.
• Communicate information.
• Work coverage shifts, providing direct support and behavior management to our students.
• Complete other tasks and projects related to the daily operation of the program.
