Job summary

Genesee Lake School in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise students, cover multiple shifts including weekends, and participate in on-call rotations.   • Supervisory experience or training is a plus.
  • A valid Wisconsin driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure appropriate supervision of students.
  • Maintain the required ratio for coverage.
  • Fill open shifts as needed.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation.
  • Train new staff.
  • Communicate information.
  • Work coverage shifts, providing direct support and behavior management to our students.
  • Complete other tasks and projects related to the daily operation of the program.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Assistant Manager that must have the ability to work both 1st and 2nd shifts as well as weekends as needed.

Compensation ranges from $24.25-$25.25/hr with a comprehensive benefits package!

Schedule & Benefit Information

This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position that requires availability to work both 1st and 2nd shift, as well as alternating weekends, double shifts, and a holiday rotation.
