Job summary

Genesee Lake School in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Program Manager for its Intensive Residential program. You will lead Direct Support Professionals, provide 2:1 student support, supervise daily routines, and help implement individual treatment plans.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED plus experience, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, valid driver status, and completion of training within 4 months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED + 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Must hold and maintain agency driver status with acceptable record.
• Completion of required training within 4 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, modeling, engagement, and 2:1 support of students with intensive needs in living, activity, school, and community settings.
• Assist with daily routines including personal care, nutrition, and safety support.
• Monitor and implement individual support and behavior plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of student progress, health, and activities.
• Support community integration and foster student independence through structure and encouragement.
• Lead and mentor Direct Support Professionals; support on-call coverage and scheduling.
