Job summary

East Side House (ESH) is seeking an LTW Assistant Director to support the Learning To Work program at Lehman Young Adult Borough Center in the Bronx. The role involves supervising the LTW program, managing data and fiscal reporting, and administering the internship component in collaboration with the Program Director and DOE site.

The ideal candidate will have a B.A./B.S.W., at least two years of youth services experience, and supervisory background, with preferred experience in a school setting

Qualifications

• Minimum B.A/B.S.W. degree required.
• Minimum two years youth services experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a school building preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of community service/ development.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in supervising the LTW program.
• Manage data collection and reporting for contractual requirements.
• Administer the LTW internship component.
• Oversee staff development and supervision of Student Advisors.
• Support field visits and internship site development.
• Attend administrative meetings and program trainings.
