Job summary

Rediscovery Independent Living, part of Justice Resource Institute, seeks a proactive Assistant Program Director in the Needham area to support oversight of residential, clinical and nursing services for youths aged 18 to 24. You will help lead staff, supervise an administrative team, and ensure high-quality trauma-informed care across all services.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and experience managing multiple departments in a licensed program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Five years’ experience in a residential treatment program, with at least three years in supervision/management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director with oversight and leadership of residential, clinical and nursing services.
• Provide direct supervision to Administrative Team including Clinical, Residential and Nursing Directors.
• Manage operations of client services and ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory partners.
