Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field.
• At least five years’ experience in a residential treatment program, with at least three years in supervisor/management.
• Experience overseeing multiple departments and systems.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in providing oversight and leadership to residential, clinical and nursing services.
• Provide direct supervision to SWCE’s Administrative Team and ensure services to youth and families.
• Oversee the operations of all client services and ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory partners.
