Job summary

JRI is seeking an Assistant Program Director to lead a dynamic clinical team at SWCE and River Run Academy in Thompson, CT. You will supervise residential, clinical, and nursing services, guiding staff to deliver trauma-informed care and positive outcomes for youth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field, at least five years in residential treatment with three in a supervisor capacity, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field.
• Five years’ experience in a residential treatment program, with at least three years in a supervisory/management role.
• Experience overseeing multiple departments and/or systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the staff across residential, clinical, and nursing services to ensure trauma-informed, state-of-the-art care.
• Provide leadership toward the mission of the program and supervise SWCE’s Administrative Team.
• Manage operations of all client services in alignment with licensing and regulatory requirements.
