Rediscovery Independent Living is seeking an Assistant Program Director to help lead our independent living program for youth ages 18–24. The role supports residential, clinical, and nursing services to ensure trauma-informed care and high-quality outcomes for residents.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years in a residential treatment setting, including three years in supervisory roles. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Program Directorat Rediscovery Independent Living! We are an independent living program that houses young men and women ages 18 to 24 years old in small efficient-type apartments or shared living housing. Our program is designed to support the youth we serve as they become successful and productive community members.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $48,000 to $103,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
