Justice Resource Institute (JRI) seeks a Residential Director to oversee the Residential Department, supervise staff, and ensure compassionate care for youth with emotional and behavioral challenges on our Thompson, CT campus.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisor experience in a residential or mental health program, a bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field, and on-call availability with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the Residential Department with Senior Residential Department members and care/treatment of clients.
• Ensure all Residential systems are followed and provide on-call coverage.
• Lead residential meetings/trainings and run residential shifts when needed.
