• Minimum five years’ experience in a residential treatment program for the population served.
• At least three years at the supervisor/management level with oversight of multiple departments or systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic clinical team and provide oversight to SWCE operations.
• Supervise SWCE’s Administrative Team, Clinical, Residential and Nursing Directors, ensuring high-quality services.
• Ensure services align with licensing, regulatory requirements and trauma-informed care principles.
