Job summary

Family Service of Rhode Island (FSRI) is seeking a leader to manage a residential facility and ensure the safety, nurturance, and care of residents. You will supervise program staff, oversee the program budget, schedule staff, manage purchases, and guide strategic planning in alignment with agency and state regulations.

The role requires ensuring all staff complete required trainings, maintaining TST in the milieu, and fostering a culturally sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services required.
• Minimum of two (2) year supervisory experience.
• Willingness and capability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as scheduled and on-call responsibilities.
• Knowledge of and sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, racial and socioeconomic issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the residential facility operations and ensure safety and quality of care for residents.
• Supervise program staff, manage the program budget, and handle staff scheduling and purchases.
• Lead strategic planning and ensure compliance with agency/state training requirements.
• Monitor the residential program and maintain Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) in the milieu setting.
