Job summary

The Connection’s January Center in Uncasville, CT is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to support daily operations and supervise staff in a residential treatment program for individuals under supervision of the Department of Correction or Court Support Services Division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years related experience.
• Associate’s Degree with 4 years related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in managing and supervising day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling and supervision.
• Provide training and quality assurance to staff.
• Supervise Residential Aide staff and participate in on-call responsibilities.
