Job summary

Sheppard Pratt is seeking a skilled supervisor for the Segue Residential Transition Program in Maryland. You will oversee program development, coordinate care, and supervise the in-reach and service coordinator teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in clinical assessment, and a commitment to compliance with licensing and funding standards. A valid driver’s license and CPRP certification (or willingness to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED plus 5 years of experience
• An associate's degree plus 4 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience
• Driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle during work hours
• CPRP certification (or willingness to obtain) before/by start date

Responsibilities

• Oversee program development, coordinate care, and supervise staff
• Supervise in-reach processes, onboarding, training and development
• Develop and manage the program budget, policies, procedures and quality improvement
• Maintain compliance with licensing, accrediting, and funding standards
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop treatment plans for individuals with serious mental illness
• Support clients in the forensic system and transition to community living
