The role emphasizes day-to-day operations, quality-improvement systems, client service coordination, and budget monitoring. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 2+ years of supervisory experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of positively referenced experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Driver’s license with 3 points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
• Requires on-call flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage program areas and supervise staff delivering services.
• Oversee smooth day-to-day operations of the program.
• Implement and maintain systems for continuous quality improvement.
• Assess and coordinate direct client service needs.
• Involved in hiring, training, and ongoing supervision and evaluation of staff.
• Monitor the program budget and ensure compliance with licensing and funding rules.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and partner providers.
