Job summary

You will supervise the Assistant Program Director and staff, ensure regulatory and funder reporting, and collaborate with housing and service partners to promote housing stability and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must have MSW or MHC degree with licensure within 1 year of employment.
• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in social services.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to the staff team.
• Review documentation and ensure quality service delivery.
• Develop site policies and reporting instruments.
• Collaborate with housing partners to support clients’ housing stability.
