Lantern Community Services in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Program Director for Clover Hall's supportive housing program. You will provide clinical supervision, ensure quality service delivery, and lead a high-functioning team focused on housing stability and residents' wellbeing.

This full-time exempt role requires an MSW or MHC, licensure within 1 year, 5+ years of supervisory experience in social services, and experience with DOHMH/HASA/OMH contracts.

Qualifications

• MSW or MHC degree required; license within 1 year
• Minimum five years supervisory experience
• Experience with DOHMH/HASA/OMH/DHS contracts
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Experience in harm reduction model

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision to Assistant Program Director and staff
• Review dashboards and monthly reports with staff
• Develop site-specific policies and reporting instruments
• Coordinate referrals with care providers and housing partners
• Hire and train staff and manage disciplinary processes
• Ensure high standards of care and quality service delivery
• Collaborate with property management and partners to support housing stability
• Complete required reports and on-call duties as needed
