Qualifications

• MSW/ MHC/ MFT degree required; license within 1 year preferred.
• Five years of supervisory experience in social services.
• Experience with DOHMH, HASA, OMH, DHS contracts and funders’ regulations.
• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and writing skills; team leadership.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision to staff and ensure high standards of care.
• Review documentation, dashboards, and reporting for outcomes.
• Develop site policies, tools, and strategies to support outcomes.
• Collaborate with Housing & Stability and cross buildings teams.
• Manage staff meetings and incident reporting; on-call responsibilities.
