Job summary

Lantern Community Services in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Program Director for Hunterfly Trace to lead clinical supervision, program operations, and staff development, ensuring housing stability and quality services. The PD will supervise the Assistant Program Director and Program Associate, oversee reporting instruments, dashboards, and chart reviews to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

MSW/ MHC/ MFT degree from an accredited school is required. License within 1 year.
LMSW/ LMHC or LMFT preferred.
Minimum five years of supervisory experience in social services.
Experience with DOHMH, HASA, OMH, DHS contract managers and funder regulations.
Strong clinical, writing and organizational skills with a commitment to DEI principles.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision to the Assistant Program Director, Program Associate and case management staff.
Review and approve documentation and ensure high standards of care and quality service.
Review dashboards and monthly reports to track outcomes.
Develop site-specific policies, reporting instruments and accountability systems.
Identify community resources and secure services through referrals and liaison with care coordination agencies.
Hire and train new staff and manage disciplinary processes in collaboration with HR.
