Wayside Youth in Methuen seeks an Assistant Program Director to help manage Residential Young Adult Services. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee program operations, and ensure high-quality treatment planning for young adults living in the staffed residence.

The role requires supervisory experience and strong communication skills, with a focus on trauma-informed practice and collaboration with DMH and families. A driver’s license and reliable vehicle are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum two years in residential settings.
• Associate’s degree or active Bachelor's program preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle.

Mansioni

• Oversee program operations and staff coordination.
• Supervise staff and complete evaluations.
• Provide case management and treatment planning for residents.
