Qualifications

• Associate's degree or experience preferred.
• At least 2+ years of work in residential settings; preferred case management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff; on-call responsibilities and oversee programming.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Oversee MAP certification (Shortstop) and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
• Maintain contact with guardians and collaterals; facilitate communication and appointments.
• Provide on-floor coverage to maintain staff-to-youth ratios and model appropriate care.
