You will support the Program Director in leadership, policy development, staff recruitment, scheduling, training, and 24/7 on-call operations to ensure compassionate, recovery-oriented care. The role emphasizes quality assurance, data reporting, and maintaining a secure, supportive home-like environment while guiding a team of clinicians and peers.

Qualifications

• Must possess NYS licensure (LMSW/LCSW/LMHC/LMFT or related).
• Minimum of two years of management experience in a social service setting.
• Lived experience with the mental health system preferred.
• Previous professional experience providing mental health peer support preferred.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to de-escalate and maintain a recovery-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Director in leadership, administration and day-to-day operations.
• Develop policies, procedures, and oversee staff recruitment, scheduling, training, supervision and evaluation.
• Manage the physical site, quality assurance/improvement activities, reporting and billing, and 24/7 on-call responsibilities.
• Demonstrate leadership and teamwork to support guests with mental health concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards.
