Qualifications

• Licensed in California as LCSW/LMFT/LPCC with at least 2 years post‑licensure experience.
• Ability to supervise clinical staff, review treatment plans, and ensure compliance.
• Experience with EMR systems and professional documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff and lead monthly reporting on metrics and outcomes.
• Review clinical interventions and treatment plans with clinicians.
• Assist with job interviews for mental health professionals and support staff.
• Coordinate with Crisis Team and manage emergency holds when needed.
• Ensure timecards, PTO, and rest/meal periods comply with policy.
