Turning Point of Central California, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Director to guide residential programs, ensuring health, safety and person-centered services. The role partners with Program Directors and Residential Managers to maintain compliance and high-quality operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Counseling, and 1 year direct experience.
• Two years admin/supervisory experience in a program serving children.
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Must have California driver’s license and pass background checks.
• Knowledge of Title 17/Title 22, DDS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations to ensure quality services and compliance.
• Supervise House Managers, Lead Staff, and Direct Support Professionals.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Ensure audit readiness and timely corrective action.
• Monitor documentation, records, and medication systems for compliance.
