Job summary

Turning Point of Central California, Inc. is seeking a Program Director to coordinate direct client care and oversee agency program staff at its Sacramento facility. This role ensures program activities align with the resident's Person Centered Plan and program design.

The incumbent will supervise staff, drive monthly reports, coordinate admissions, and participate in treatment teams while maintaining 7-day coverage. Requires CPR/First Aid, valid driver’s license, and background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of direct care or supervision for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must complete RBT training within 60 days and maintain certification.
• Must complete Residential Services Orientation.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with developmentally disabled clients.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• 16 hours Emergency Intervention Training within first 80 hours.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable insured transportation.
• Pass criminal background check and pre-employment physical/drug TB test.

Responsibilities

• Develop program activities and documentation procedures.
• Direct residents' treatment per their Person Centered Plan.
• Transport clients as needed and ensure coverage.
• Manage personnel and oversee staff performance.
• Recruit, screen, and supervise facility staff.
• Prepare monthly treatment and outcome reports.
• Ensure proper charting and coordination with the Social Worker.
• Oversee admissions and complete paperwork.
• Attend treatment team meetings and ensure staffing 7 days/week.
