Job summary

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Psychology, or related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible as LMFT, LCSW or LPCC.
• Four years of varied experience in medical, substance use or mental health services.
• Minimum of one year supervisory/ management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct program operations and supervise assigned staff.
• Ensure staffing aligns with productivity standards and fiscal viability.
• Develop and implement plans to meet service provision needs.
• Represent the program at stakeholder meetings and liaise with county and insurers.
• Monitor safety, quality management, and regulatory compliance.
