Job summary

The Jewish Board is seeking an Assistant Program Director to supervise clinical and administrative staff within the Adult Residential Division. The APD will ensure programmatic systems meet safety and service needs, provide ongoing training, and oversee operations in the Program Director’s absence.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ experience in related field required.
• Experience with adults diagnosed with mental illness, homelessness, and substance use history.
• Must be organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Social Workers, Case Managers, and Case Associates.
• Review assessments, service plans, progress notes, and discharge plans for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate staffing with Residence Managers; approve timesheets and overtime.
• Lead High Risk and Group Supervisions; participate in case conferences.
• Collaborate with other departments for program needs and regulatory compliance.
• Complete staff evaluations and ensure staff trainings are completed.
